Q. What's the easiest way to register for the China Education Fair?
A. The easiest way is to fill out a registration form on the website and submit it online.
Q. What is the minimum raw space we need to book?
A. The minimum raw space you need to book is equivalent to the size of 4 standard booths, which is 36 m2.
Q. What is the cost for a fully-equipped booth?
A. Standard booth (3 x 3 m) covers an area of 9 m2. The cost of a fully-equipped booth includes the following:
-Upper board with exhibitor’s name on the front of the booth
-Aluminum booth construction, with panel walls
-1 square table with 2 chairs
-1 waste basket

Q. How shall we pay the booth fee after we submit the application? Is there any payment deadline?
A. Upon receipt of the Exhibitor's Application and Contract Form, the organizer will send a written confirmation and an invoice for booth payment via email.
The booth fee should be paid within 15 working days from the date of the invoice.
All payments must be made by T/T (telegraphic transfer) based on the invoice provided to the exhibitor after the application is confirmed. All bank charges should be borne by the exhibitor. All payments should be made by the date shown on the invoice. Failure to pay the booth fee by the due date may result in cancellation of the contract.
Q. Is the exhibition open to the public? How much does a ticket cost?
A. The exhibition is open to the public. Visitors will pay a small admission fee. (15 CNY per person or approximately $2.40).
Q. How can we send our materials to our booth?
A. You may contact the Exhibitor’s Department directly. The Exhibitors Department email is email@example.com . Remember to write the email details in the email subject before sending.
Q. How can we pay the booth fee, in USD or EURO?
A. The booth fee must be paid in USD.
Q. How will I know that my registration form and payment were received?
A. After receiving your payment we will send you an email notifying you of its receipt within 3 working days.
If we do not receive the payment within 10 days after registration, we will send you an email reminding you to make the payment.
Q. I just found out I can’t attend for a really good reason. Can I receive a refund?
A. A refund for your registration fee may be issued before June 1st (the Fair will refund 50% of your payment). Refunds will not be issued for cancellation requests received in June or later.
Q. Will the Organizer be able to issue a letter for a Business Visa?
A. The company invitation letter will be issued by Feizhi Events. It will be provided within 5 working days after you submit your application form and scanned Passport page.
This is the requisite material for the visa application, however, Feizhi events cannot guarantee that a business visa will be issued.
Q. Are there any qualifications or requirement for participating in China Education Fair?
A. Any schools or institutions, officially certified by government agencies or authorized representatives home and abroad in the international education community are welcome to submit their applications. The Organizer shall reserve the right to accept or refuse any application.
Q. When should I arrive in Xiamen?
A. You should arrive in Xiamen no later than one day before the fair (November 2nd, 2017). You will have time to check in and prepare for the fair, which starts at 8:00 AM the next day.
Q. What time does the China Education Fair exhibitor check-in begin and where do I pick up my badge?
A. Check-in time starts from 2 PM on the day before the fair (November 2nd, 2017) at Xiamen Institute of Technology. You will pick up your badge at the college.
Q. I’ve already completed my registration, but would like to purchase additional merchandise. What do I need to do?
A. Contact the Exhibitor Department at firstname.lastname@example.org

Q. I do not speak Chinese. How can I communicate with visitors?
A. China Education Fair can provide interpreter services for an additional charge. For more information please contact the Exhibitor’s Department at email@example.com. We can provide translators for English, Polish, French, Spanish, Russian and more.
